Don Cooper founded CDG Carolinas in 2012 after more than three decades of hands-on construction experience across the Carolinas. As a veteran and licensed general contractor (SC #G127477, NC #109535), he leads every project with the same standard the company was built on: permits pulled, inspections passed, and finishes that hold up.

Chief Operations Officer
Trejun Cooper serves as Chief Operations Officer, managing day-to-day field operations, trade scheduling, and client communication so builds stay on time and on budget. He works alongside Don as a father-and-son team, bringing the next generation of leadership to CDG while preserving the firm's referral-driven reputation for quality.
